For US orders under $149, we charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for deliveries within the continental United States. For orders before tax $150+, continental US orders will get free shipping.
For deliveries within the US, packages take 1 to 2 days to process in fulfillment and an estimated 5 to 7 days to arrive once they leave the fulfillment warehouse.
All deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are a $16 flat shipping rate. For orders before tax $150+, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will get free shipping.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, packages take 1 to 2 days to process in fulfillment and an estimated 7 to 10 days to arrive once they leave the fulfillment warehouse.

Address Accuracy: To ensure your address is entered correctly, you can verify your address with the USPS mailing system, especially if you are having a package shipped to a location that is not your typical address. We are not responsible for carrier or shipping issues due to an address being entered incorrectly on your order.
Package Theft After Delivery: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier and were stolen. You will need to file a claim and work with the carrier to determine what happened to your package. We cannot offer refunds for these packages nor file claims on your behalf as it is too time-consuming for our very tiny team.
Soft Lip Conditioner Balm does not contain essential oils. The herbal ingredients in Soft Lip Conditioner Balm are traditionally prepared herbal extracts, such as herbs infused into carrier oils. Carrier oils are emollient lipid oils, cold-pressed from the nuts, seeds, or pits of plants that contain fatty acids and non-volatile antioxidants and other oil-soluble phytonutrients.
Cetyl Alcohol is a plant-derived fatty alcohol that is not drying to the skin.
Soft Lip Conditioner Balm is unscented, and does not contain fragrances or flavors. All shades of the Soft Lip Conditioner Balm are neutral, as the names are inspired by their color, not a flavor.
No, Soft Lip Conditioner Balm contains beeswax.
There are no gluten ingredients included in the formula but it’s not tested to confirm no gluten. As a reminder, gluten cannot be absorbed through the skin.

These skincare products could make infected skin feel worse and require appropriate treatment before use. Please consult with your doctor to get the appropriate medication.
We do our best to use non-GMO-sourced ingredients in Quell skincare as much as possible. However, some ingredients are impossible to verify (such as the beeswax we use, though it is sourced in the US) while other ingredients cannot be confirmed as Non-GMO due to complexity within the supply chain (ie. certain base oils and hydrosols used in certain ingredients). In our efforts to be transparent, this difficulty in verification prevents us from claiming that all ingredients are Non-GMO.
Quell skincare products use organic ingredients whenever possible, but some ingredients are so obscure that they are difficult to find certified organic. And some ingredients are unable to be certified organic at all — like the mineral Zinc, for example (it's not a plant). That said, Quell skincare products use naturally-derived, botanical ingredients whenever possible.

Z+ Replenish does not contain essential oils. The herbal ingredients in Z+ Replenish are traditionally prepared herbal extracts, such as hydrosols (which are a natural byproduct of the steam distillation process), water infusions (which is like an herbal tea), and herbs infused into carrier oils. Carrier oils are emollient lipid oils, cold-pressed from the nuts, seeds, or pits of plants that contain fatty acids and non-volatile antioxidants and other oil soluble phytonutrients.
The Benzyl Alcohol listed is part of the product’s non-toxic preservation system and is present at less than 1% total concentration. While this alcohol can be drying when used in larger amounts, the amount in this product is not enough to be drying to the skin.

"I have been battling a patch of psoriasis on my ankle after I had some gluten about 3 years ago. This zinc cream is amazing. I only have to apply it once in the morning and once at night and no more itch. After only 2 days the spots are already starting to get a little smaller. I have tried everything and this is the first thing that has made a difference. Thank you."
"I think I may have eczema on my lips and certain spots on them continuously are dry and peel. Much worse than chapped lips. Have tried prescription creams, oils and all kinds of lip therapies and chapsticks. This is the only one that has given me relief. For as strange as this sounds my lips kind of feel dry even though they are not but it is just the lack of "slip" that regular lip balms have. It does take some getting used to but worth it for sure. "I got the peach and the cinnamon. I love them both! This isn’t your regular lip balm. It’s not greasy/oily so it doesn’t end up in your mouth like so many others do. Instead it is a matte texture that stays put. Even when eating, I did not have to reapply afterwards. I went to bed with it on one night, and woke up in the morning with it completely intact! Basically, it lasts all day (and night) without having to reapply. I also love how it is a tint rather than a heavy/thick color. Very natural looking. This will be a staple in my makeup kit."
