Yes, take Digest Aid about 5 minutes before you start eating, or within the first 5 to 10 minutes of the start of your meal.
Does Digest Aid contain soy, dairy, gluten or shellfish?
Digest Aid is shellfish-free. While there are no ingredients sourced from soy, dairy or gluten used in this product, they are not tested for at the finished good level. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that Digest Aid is soy, dairy or gluten free.
What is the best time of day to take Digest Aid?
It’s best to take it with each meal. No need to take it with a snack

Each bottle contains 120 capsules, providing 30 servings of 4 capsules each.

It can be taken with meals or food, but it is most effective when taken between meals.

Are immunoglobulins a binder?
It is not a binder like activated charcoal or other binder supplements. Immunoglobulins do not interfere with food or nutritional supplements and can be taken at the same time. Though they do not generally bind to medications, check with your pharmacist first.
Is HistaGut Relief IgG similar to a probiotic supplement?
No, immunoglobulins are not probiotics, but they are complementary and have a potential synergistic effect. They can be taken together (even at the same time).

No, HistaGut Relief IgG contains Immunolin®, an immunoglobulin-derived powder from bovine (cow) serum. If you have a beef or alpha-gal allergy, do not consume the product. This is a dairy-free option which differentiates it from colostrum.
