Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us ([email protected]) with your package’s details and tracking number.

All charges from QuellShop.com will appear on your credit card statement as “Jennifer Fugo / Quell Shop”.

Your coupon code can be added on the checkout page. Under the heading “Checkout”, there is information about how to add the coupon code. It is added before starting to enter your personal details.

Coupon codes will not work if they are expired or if they are only available for one-time use.

Double check the email or social post for an expiration dates, and keep in mind coupon sites are not authorized by Quell Shop to offer or share coupon codes for this site. We will not honor any codes that come from those types of websites.

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed for shipping within 2 business days (often sooner). Shipping takes 2 to 5 days within the continental US, depending on your location. Shipping could take 7 or more days for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

You will have a better idea of the approximate arrival date once you receive your confirmation email with the tracking number.

In order to provide you with the freshest batches, immediate availability between products can vary. If your order contains multiple products, some items in your order may ship out before others and arrive at different times.

Be aware that…

  1. Supplements (including protein powders) are not filled to the top.
  2. All protein powders contain scoops. If you do not see a plastic scoop upon opening, use a knife or spoon to find it. It’s possible that it’s towards the bottom of the bottle. We do not have any control of this due to the contents being turned during shipping.
  3. Skincare products may show signs of separation or melting in warmer temperatures/climates because our products are made from natural ingredients. Stirring or shaking the contents and then allowing the closed container to sit at room temperature for a few hours will help them return to their original consistency.

Unfortunately, we are only able to sell to US customers at the moment. All orders placed with shipping addresses routed to international destinations (including Canada) will be refunded. Stay tuned for when this changes as it is our hope to be able to ship internationally later in 2021!

First + foremost, we stand by the quality of our products.

Supplements (capsules, powders, etc.) are non-refundable. All sales on these products are final.

Skincare products offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact customer service within 30 days of your purchase at [email protected]
  2. Have at least 50% of the skincare product content still in the jar. We will not accept returns on empty containers.
  3. Send photos of products that arrive damaged or with a defect. Damage must be reported with 3 business days from receipt of the package.
  4. Have tracking on all return packages so that you can prove it was delivered during the return process. We are not responsible for returns that get lost + aren’t delivered to us.

Do not mail products back to us without a Return Authorization. They will not be accepted. A Return Authorization will provide you specific step-by-step details on how to return your order for a refund.

The cost of shipping the product back to us is not covered nor is the initial shipping cost refundable.

NOTE: If you purchased a Quell product from an online site other than quellshop.com you will need to contact that company regarding returns. Refunds cannot be processed on products purchased through other websites or vendors.

NOTE: Purchase history is monitored for abuse + chargebacks. It is imperative that you contact us + go through the process set up for returns + exchanges. We reserve the right to limit future purchases, returns or exchanges in the event that your account is flagged for this type of behavior.

If a supplement bothers you, it’s best to try taking it with food rather than on an empty stomach.

At this time, we do not offer practitioner wholesale pricing or discount.

Shipping & Returns

We can deliver our products anywhere in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) at this time.

For orders under $149, we charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for deliveries within the continental United States, and a $16 flat rate for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
