Will the sugar cleanse be 6 weeks long?

No. The diet portion of the program wherein we concentrate on removing/reducing sugar is only 3 weeks long. You will spend the first two weeks of the program learning a lot of critical information and preparing to be successful during the actual Cleanse. After leading this program for over 6 years, I've found that the first two week period is critical to your success.

What type of background do you have to be an expert on this?

I'm a clinical nutritionist and certified health coach who specializes in a functional approach to resolving gut issues that often require clients to go gluten-free. While I'm not a doctor and you should always run a change in diet by your physician to get approval, I have also been in your shoes dealing with these exact issues. So my approach is based not just on clinical experience, but also my own personal struggles with gluten sensitivity, adrenal fatigue, and candida.

Can't I just look all this stuff up on the internet or follow a book's program?

Sure. Absolutely. Except you've probably done all that already and if you've gotten this far, I imagine you haven't been all that successful.
